Kangaroo Brakes will only use brake pads and brake shoes that have a Lifetime Warranty for normal wear and tear.

SOME PARTS HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY

Brake Pads, Brake Shoes, Brake Calipers, Wheel Cylinders, Brake Hoses, Master Cylinders, and Power Brake Boosters
We only purchase the parts listed above for your vehicle that come with a merchant or manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty. This means that at any given time you need brake service, we will replace these parts and only charge you for the labor or any additional services you may need to restore your brakes to proper working order. You will never be charged a fee for the replacement of these parts provided there is normal wear and tear and not any act, omission, or conduct that would void the merchant or manufacturer’s warranty. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover negligence on parts or brake pads that have worn down to the metal and are grinding.

SOME PARTS HAVE A 2 OR 3 YEAR WARRANTY

Brake Rotors And Brake Drums
Brake rotors and brake drums are covered under a 2-3 year warranty. This warranty generally covers anything from warping, groves, and normal wear and tear or wearing out of rotors. If you decide to take advantage of your warranty and replace your brake rotors or brake drums while under warranty, we will only charge you a labor service fee. Your rotors or drums will be replaced free of charge during the warranty period. For a customer who has gotten their brake rotors or drums replaced by us, we suggest, if it is perfectly okay for them, to call us after 22 or 23 months to get the full service again and take advantage of the warranty on the parts. This is great preventive maintenance for your brakes every 2 or3 years. Your invoice will indicate whether the warranty is 2 or 3 years depending on the part and manufacturer.

LABOR HAS A 6 MONTH OR 5000 MILE WARRANTY

6-Month or 5000 Miles Labor Warranty, Whichever Occurs First
All service we perform and replace parts on your car come with a 6-month or 5000 miles labor warranty, whichever occurs first. If any of the parts that we installed are not performing to their full potential, we will replace them at no charge to you. This means that if at any given time during the labor warranty period, you start to experience problems with the parts and service we have performed on your car, a technician will come out to your location to inspect your brakes and make sure all work was done properly. And if repairs or replacement are needed for the same work we performed that is under warranty, there will be no charge. We will replace the parts and provide the labor at an additional charge.

It is our goal to make sure that every customer has a positive experience with Kangaroo Brakes. If you have any concerns regarding your experience at Kangaroo Brakes, immediately contact us, and we will immediately respond to your concerns. Our goal is that you are satisfied in every aspect with your parts, service, and brake performance.

All warranties extended for parts, labor, or other services listed herein are contingent upon Kangaroo Brakes performing all brake work and services needed to restore the entire braking system to its proper operating system. If the customer elects not to have all work done recommended by Kangaroo Brakes to restore the braking system to its proper operating system, the only warranty that will apply will be the parts warranty. The 6-month or 5000 miles labor warranty will be void and will not be honored.

All warranty work must be completed by Kangaroo Brakes only. We will not honor our warranty if work to be performed by another company. Doing so will void any warranty with Kangaroo Brakes, and refunds or warranty will not be issued or honored for any parts, labor, or service inconsistent with the terms of the specific warranties set forth herein.
